White Chocolate Chip Fruit Tart

Tart Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups flour

Filling:
2 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 whipping cream
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened

Assorted fresh fruit

Fruit Topping Sirup:
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Preheat oven 300 degrees

Beat butter and powdered sugar until smooth, blend in flour. Press mixture onto bottom and up side of 12-inch round pizza pan or mini foil pie shell molds.
Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.

Place white chips and whipping cream in medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave at medium heat 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Beat in cream cheese. Spread on cooled crust. Prepare fruit topping. Arrange fruit over white chocolate chip mixture. Pour the fruit topping sirup over fruit, cover and refrigerate until just before serving.
