Spinach Dip


Spinach Dip

2 cups sour cream
2 cups mayonnaise
1 package of Knorr veg. soup mix
1 package frozen chopped spinach

Combine all ingredients and allow to sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to soften the vegetables.
To serve: hollow out a loaf of pumpernickle bread (un-sliced) and tear the bread you remove into chunks for dipping
