Frozen turkey
Poultry seasoning
Salt & Pepper

Thaw the turkey in the fridge 4-5 days prior to the dinner. The night before the dinner, prepare the turkey. Place the bird in the sink, remove giblets (neck and bag of organs). Gently wash the turkey with water. Place the turkey in roasting pan. Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste. Rub seasoning all over turkey. Add 2 inches of water to the roasting pan. Place roasting pan on a cookie sheet for stability. Cook in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes per pound. ** Baste the turkey with the drippings in the pan every hour **. The legs should separate from the bird and meat will “fall off the bone” once the turkey is done cooking!
