Raspberry Cheesecake – No Bake & Healthy!

375g (3/4 lb) Quark cheese OR you can use Greek yogurt (about 1 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs or Oreo cookie crumbs
3/4 cup fresh raspberries (or any berry)
1/4 cup UN-sweetened raspberry jam (or any berry)

In a bowl, mix the cheese (or yogurt) with the maple syrup.
In a separate bowl, combine the butter and graham cracker crumbs.
Crush raspberries and mix with jam.
Press the butter cracker mixture in the bottom of the glass, add the cheese syrup mixture. Add jam fruit mixture on top.
Store in the fridge until you are ready to serve!
