Pancakes – Only 5 Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
Vanilla extract to taste (about 1 tbsp)

 

Mix ingredients in a bowl

Pour into a hot pan, tilt pan around to thin out the pancake into a crepe, flip once you see tiny bubbles forming.

You can add chocolate chips for the kids

I usually make a double batch, these go fast!

Alternative:

1/3 cup flour

1/3 cup whole wheat flour

1/3 cup buck wheat flour

1 teaspoon baking power

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 tablespoon sugar

3 eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup milk
