Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) re-fried beans
1 /4 cups sour cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
dash of hot pepper sauce
2 ripe avocados
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup pitted black olives, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a bowl, blend together beans, 1/4 cup sour cream, salt, cumin and hot pepper sauce. Spread evenly in tray at least 12″ diameter and 1 1/2 ” deep. Peel and pit avocados. In a bowl mash avocados, chopped onion, 1/4 sour creams, lime juice and pepper flakes. Spread over re-fried bean layer. Top with remaining sour cream. Garnish with concentric rings of green onions on outside, black olives, tomatoes and cheese in center. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
