Meatloaf

Meat recipe

1.5lb ground beef
1 cup milk
1 tbsp worchester sauce
1 tsp sage
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 clove garlic chopped
1 egg
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Sauce recipe

1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
3/8 (half of 3/4) cup brown sugar
1 tablespoons mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients from the meat recipe together. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hr. Mix the sauce ingredients together and add to the top of the meat. Return it to the oven and continue baking for another 20-30 min.  

Serve with mashed potatoes.
