3 Large carrots
3 Large celery stalks
1 medium onion
Crushed Garlic
Green beans
Pees
1/3 Head of Cabbage
2 boxes low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
3 cups bowtie pasta OR you can substitute the pasta with cubed potatoes!
Slice or cube your vegetables. Saute garlic and veggies for 5 minutes, add broth and simmer for 2 hours. Bring soup to a boil and add pasta or potatoes. Cook for 9 minutes then take off the heat.
