Hazelnut Macaroons


Hazelnut Macaroons

4 egg whites
200 grams sugar
4 drops almond extract
350 grams ground roasted hazelnuts
Dash of cinnamon (optional)

Beat egg whites and gradually add sugar. Beat until stiff. Add cinnamon and almond extract. Blend well and carefully fold in hazelnuts.

Bake 300 degrees for 20 minutes (or less) on greased cookie sheet. Don’t over bake!
