3-4 ripe avocados (not hard, but soft ones)
1 small tomato
1 tblsp minced fresh white onion. (not more)
2 garlic cloves (fresh) minced
2-3 tblsp chopped Jalapenos (in jar)
1-2 teasp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
Finely chop tomato, onion, garlic & peppers & mix well in a bowl. Chop avocado, remove any black, & add to mixture. Sprinkle lemon juice over avocado, not only for taste, but to prevent it from turning brown. Add salt & pepper to taste.
