2 tsp veg oil
4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup chicken bouillion
4 whole garlic cloves ( minced)
1/2 cup sour cream
Pepper to taste
Heat oil in pan, brown chicken breasts both sides.
In a bowl combine boullion, wine, & garlic.
Pour over browned chicken breasts, cover, reduce heat & simmer for 25-30 mins.
When done place chicken breasts in warm plate.
Increase heat, boil remaining juice uncovered pour in the sour cream, whisk until sauce is smooth pour over chicken, dash of pepper & serve with rice or vegetables.
