Fudge

3 cups sugar
1 cup of margarine or butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk (small can)
2 cups of marshmallow cr me
2 cups of semi sweet chocolate ships
1 teaspoon of vanilla
cup of chopped nuts (if desired)

Butter 13×9 inch pan. In a large pot combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat, let simmer for 5 minutes while stirring it the entire time. (If you don t stir it, it goes really bad-I m talking from experience.)

Remove from heat, add marshmallow cream and chocolate chips. Blend well so all is mixed in. Stir in vanilla and nuts if desired. Pour into buttered pan and throw it in the fridge.
Let it chill for a while, cut it into squares, and bon appetite!
