Crock Pot Sweedish Meatballs


Crock Pot Sweedish Meatballs

2lbs ground beef1 onion chopped
1 cup Ketsup
½ cup Brown sugar
1 cup Molasses
½ cup Vinegar
3 tsp Mustard
1 cup Water
Salt & pepper to taste

Season meat and roll into balls, cook (bake in over at 350 20-25 minutes)

Put the meatballs in the base of the crock pot, assemble sauce and pour over the meat.

Cook on low 4-6 hours

Serve with Rice or Egg noodles
