1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin – I have used two smaller ones when needed
1 envelope dry onion soup mix (lipton)
1 cup water
3/4 cup of wine
3 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp soya sauce
Freshly ground black pepper
Place tenderloin in slow cooker with contents of soup mix. Pour water, wine and soy sauce on top. Turn pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic on top of roast, leaving as much garlic on the roast as possible. Sprinkle with pepper, cover. Cook on low for 4 hours. Serve with liquid on the side as an au jus.
