Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbs olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 can spiced diced tomatoes
2-4 garlic cloves, minced (crushed garlic works too)
1 tsp each: dried oregano, basil
freshly cracked black pepper and salt, to taste
1 tsp sugar
put oil in bottom of crock pot
season chicken with salt, pepper and herbs
place in crock pot
add garlic
pour spiced diced tomatoes over chicken
add balsamic vinegar
add sugar
cook on high 4 hours or low 6 hours
serve on any noodle or rice (i used bow tie noodles).
would go nicely with mashed potatoes too
