3/4 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 can diced tomatoes 28oz
1/2 cup beef broth
1 green pepper chopped
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 can kidney beans
In skillet cook beef and onion until done. Add pepper. Add chili powder, cumin and beef broth and let simmer. Serve over bed of rice.
Optional: put in casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook at 350 for 10 min or until done.
