Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

4 cups of cooked broccoli
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked
¼ cup of butter
¼ cup of all-purpose flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes (we find 2 too salty, 1 tastes just great)
2 cups of Homo milk
1-2 tbsp of Dijon mustard
1 ½ cups of grated, sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Arrange cooked broccoli and chicken in the bottom on a 9inch baking dish
Melt butter in a pan, adding flour gradually until it’s all blended smooth
Slowly add, bouillon cube, milk and mustard
Stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened
Remove from heat, add cheese blending until fully melted
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Pour it over the chicken and broccoli
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
