Ceasar Potato Salad

2lb small red skinned potatoes, cut in half
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 bacon bits
salt & pepper to taste

Cook potatoes until tender. Place in a bowl, add chopped red onion, mix.
Combine all remaining ingredients except cheese and bacon.
Add dressing to potatoes, top with Parmesan cheese and bacon.
