1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp butter, room temp
12 1/2 inch thick round slices of sourdough baguette
1/3 cup apple butter
sugar
crushed walnuts
Mix cheese and butter in a bowl. Spread cheese mixture on bread rounds. sprinkle each lightly with sugar. Broil until topping is lightly browned and cheese is softened. Place a small dollup of apple butter on top and sprinkle with crushed walnuts. Serve warm!
