6 tbsp Olive oil
3 chopped onions.
2 green peppers
2 cups diced celery
3lb ground beef
2 can diced tomatoes 28oz
2-4 cans kidney beans
3 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
14 whole cloves
6 bay leaves
4 tbsp chilli powder
1 cup red wine
Sauté onion, green peppers and celery in oil. Add meat until brown, add spices. Add wine.
