6-8 halved, skinned chicken deboned breasts
Place in an oblong baking dish.
Mix and heat the following and pour over the breasts:
1/4 c butter
1/4 c Dijon mustard
2tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/3 c liquid honey
1 clove garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil or 1 tbsp dried
Bake in a 350 oven for about 30 min basting occasionally. Fried mushrooms added to top before adding sauce is a nice addition.
You can use frozen breasts….sauce a little more watery.
