1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
Vanilla extract to taste (about 1 tbsp)
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup peeled & grated apple
Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl
Pour into a hot skillet, tilt pan around to thin out the pancake into a crepe and coat the entire large skillet
Once you see bubbles, flip crepe. Add cheese and apple to cooked side, fold crepe in half and press down into the pan.
Once cheese is mostly melted, remove and serve.
