Bread Turkey Stuffing

1-2 loaves white and or whole wheat breadchopped
2 small onions chopped
1 head celery (4-5 stalks) chopped
poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
approx 4-5 tbsp olive oil olive oil
approx 500-750 ml chicken broth (almost entire box) 2-3 cups..

Leave the bread out 2-3 days prior to preparing the stuffing so that it dries out. (you can also put in oven at low temp to dry it out).
Chop bread in 4×4 pieces. Combine bread, celery, onion and spices in a large bowl.
add olive oil, toss. add chicken broth to desired level of moistness.

Stuff the turkey, cook and enjoy!
