8 carrots, peeled and chopped into 1/4 inch slices
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
1 8oz brick sharp cheddar cheese, grated
bread crumps
Cook carrots until tender
Put carrots in casserole dish, add onions, soup and cheese. Mix well
Bake 350 degrees covered for 50 minutes or until it bubbles around the edges.
Uncover, add bread crumbs on top and return to over for 10 minutes.
