Ceasar Salad Vinaigrette

1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp Worcester sauce
1/4 tsp dry mustard
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 egg (optional) – if you leave out the egg..in crease the olive oil.
salt and pepper to taste

Mix it all together, shake well and pour over salad. This is not a creamy recipe.
