Teryaki Marinade – Chicken Skewers

1/2 cup soya sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ginger
2 cloves garlic
Pepper to taste
Chicken breast
Vegetables (mushrooms, peppers, red onion…anything you like to grill!)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl except chicken and veg.
Cut chicken breast into cubes and add to marinade, cover and refrigerate for a few hours or over night.
Skewer meat and vegetables, grill and enjoy!
