Crock Pot Stew


Crock Pot Stew

1 top sirloin roast (or stewing beef cubes) if roast, partially freeze it
12-14 potatoes (small-medium size, cubed)
18 carrots, diced
1-2 cups frozen peas
(insert any additional veggies that you enjoy here)
1 box beef bouillon
1 pack Clubhouse Beef stew seasoning
1 cup flour
Salt / pepper to taste
4-5 cups water.
(onion powder and/or garlic powder to taste goes well also)

In slow cooker, add beef cubes (either cubed from partially frozen roast, or stewing beef cubes)
Add full box of bouillon & seasoning pack
Slow cook for 4-5 hours, on high, or until beef is tender, depending on the slow cooker.
