4 Roma tomatoes
handfull of crumbled feta
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon minced basil or 5 medium fresh chopped basil leaves
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic
Combine diced tomatoes, feta, chopped garlic in mixing bowl
Season with salt & pepper
Add chopped basil the 1 tbsp EVOO and the 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
