18 oz semi-sweet chocolate
6 eggs seperatted
1 1/2 pints whipping cream
beat egg yolks alot till a little frothy….melt chocolate…important when adding melted chocolate to whipped egg yolks only add a little choco at first then once combined add rest of choco
whip egg whits in seperate bowl till stiff peak forms
whip whipping cream until stiff
FOLD choco mixturn into egg whites…
FOLD that mixture in with whipped cream and at this point is when i add skor bits…
put in tupperware and freeze for at least 6 hrs…after frozen put in fridge to soften:)
