Sour Cream Blueberry Cake


Sour Cream Blueberry Cake

1 1/2 C Flour
1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp b. pdr.
1/2 C butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Mix these ingredients in your food processor. Press into a 10″ springform pan. Top with 3 C of blueberries (fresh or frozen)

2 C sour cream (500ml) Can use light sour cream but not the zero fat one.
1 egg
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Combine – pour over berries.

Bake at 350 for 70-75 minutes
