4 tilapia filets (if you are using frozen filets, make sure they are completely thawed!)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Preheat your oven’s broiler. Line your broiling pan with aluminum foil.
2. Combine all ingredients except the tilapia.
3. Arrange tilapia filets on pan in a single layer. Broil 2 minutes
4. Remove from oven, gently flip over the filets, and broil for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove the filets from the oven and cover them with the parmesan cheese mixture. Broil for another 2 minutes or until the topping is browned and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with fresh asparagus
