Key Lime Pie

3  egg yolks, beaten
1  can (300ml) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 9″ graham cracker pie crust (recipe on box)
Frozen whipped topping, thawed

1.  Preheat oven to 325 F
2.  Whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and lime zest.
Pour into prepared pie crust
3.  Bake in preheated oven for not more than 15 minutes. Cool completely. Chill 1-2 hours. Serve  topped with
Cool Whip Topping or whipped cream. Garnish as desired.
