Italian Sausage Linguine


Italian Sausage Linguine

2 tbsp Olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small Red onion, chopped
3-5 Italian sausages
sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/4 cup red wine
28oz can Pastene spiced diced tomatoes
1 tsp dried oregano
1 lb cooked linguine pasta
pepper to taste

Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic, onion and sausage. Saute until sausages lose their pinkness. Add mushrooms, saute until lightly limp. Add wine, bring to a boil. Stir in tomatoes and oregano. Return to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Toss in linguine and serve.
