1 clove garlic, minced 1/3 cup olive oil 1 tsp Worcester sauce 1/4 tsp dry mustard 3 tbsp lemon juice 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 1 egg (optional) – if you leave out the egg..in crease the olive oil. salt and pepper to taste Mix it all together, shake well and pour over salad.... more

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 tsp dijon mustard 1/2 cup olive oil salt & pepper to taste I double this recipe and usually add a bit more dijon.
